Here’s the video of the panel recorded as part of The RPG Academy’s online convention AcadeConLine.
The RPG Academy invited me to put together a panel on the topic of “Tabletop RPG Between The Channel & The Pond”.
I couldn’t have wished for more awesome guests.
- Becky Annison (She/her)
She is an RPG Designer and co-owner of Black Armada Games. Becky is the award-winning designer of When The Dark Is Gone (part of the Seven Wonders anthology), Lovecraftesque and Bite Me!
She has written for both Pelgrane Press and the RPG Liminal.
- Dr Lynne Hardy (She/her)
Lynne is Associate Editor for Chaosium’s Call of Cthulhu line with experience as editor and writer for Nightfall Games, Cubicle 7, Pelgrane Press, Green Ronin, and Modiphius as well as designer of her own ENnie-nominated steampunk game: Cogs, Cakes & Swordsticks.
- Cat Tobin (She/her)
She is the Managing Director and co-owner of Pelgrane Press, former convention director for Warpcon in Cork and Dragonmeet in London. She also founded the fully residential convention K2 and the designer of First Joyful Mystery.
This was a great experience and I am already scheming to host more panels like this in the future.
The first one should be a follow-up with the topic of “Dungeons & Dragons Between The Channel & The Pond”.
This will be an opportunity not only to interview DM’s Guild Gold author Liz Gist but also to make up for the lack of Dungeons & Dragons input as part of the above first panel.
Anyway, this first panel is not supposed to be the “truth” about “Tabletop RPG Between The Channel & The Pond” but I hope the beginning of a conversation.
