Armagnac, Strudel, Munchausen, James Wallis and a Few Other Friends (Part One)
After much delays, here's finally our episode with the most excellent game designer James Wallis, recorded already back in April 2017.
James, the self-proclaimed "Creator of the British Roleplaying Industry", has so many stories that it is difficult to properly introduce them (I mean check the insane list of games and personalities at the bottom of this description).
Thanks to Ashlee, Federica, Garry & Sam from The Role play Haven for contributing not only to the Actual Play and the interview but also to this lovely evening.
We apologise in advance to the Scots, the people of Kent and Mongolia, the Spanish Netherlands and the Falklands, as well as to Atlanteans, Argentinians, the King of Spain, peasants, tank engine drivers and cross-dressers BUT we do NOT apologise to the French.
No quail nor Welsh were hurt during the production of this episode.
See you in a couple weeks for PART TWO of our episode with James Wallis and hear, among other things, his theory that Nordic LARPs are actually a Galaxy Quest kind of situation.
In the meantime, I recommend to book December 2nd for this year’s #PodcastZone at Dragonmeet with a plethora of shows.
Please help the show reach the top of the Podchaser charts and reach new listeners.
