Dragonmeet 2017, Return to the #PodcastZone (Part Three)

Sun Mar 11 2018

Final part of our episode dedicated to Dragonmeet 2017 with a few more random brief interviews with tabletop RPG fans:

I want to renew my thanks to Carlos GQ for so openly discussing the subject of the controversy surrounding "Dragons Conquer America" and their Reddit post on the subject. Since this interview, I happened to listen to "History on Fire: Episode 20 The Conquest Of Mexico" by the historian Daniele Boneli which is very informative regarding the Mesoamerican civilizations leading up to the Mexica civilisation and the subsequent invasion by Spaniards.  It is an even more fascinating, complicated and sensitive story than I expected. I hope fans of Burning Games will get curious about this part of history thanks to their new game.

Finally, of course, a big big thankyou to Chris Birch and the Dragonmeet team for welcoming the #PodcastZone this year again. Also thanks to all the volunteers who made this last edition a big success again.
